A much sought after creative chef, John Patrick Telfer is well known for his innovative culinary presentations and menus. He has cooked for celebrities and catered for local and regional dignitaries. Chef John served as the protégé of the 1st Master Chef in the United States, Milos Cihelka, with whom he worked closely for 7 years. From this exceptional start, Chef John has been in the Food and Service industry for over 22 years, working at various upscale and prestigious hotel chains and restaurants, and successfully opening seven restaurants himself throughout the United States. Chef John holds degrees in the Culinary Arts, and uniquely has earned credentials as both Executive Chef as well as Executive Pastry Chef.
